My Story

For over 20 years, I built what looked like a dream career in HR — Kingfisher, HP, IBM, IQVIA. On paper, I was successful. But there came a point when I knew the other side of that story too: the pressure, the stress I carried home, and the quiet feeling of being stuck despite doing everything right.

That’s what sent me searching — beyond the next promotion or job change — into coaching, NLP, EFT and emotional fitness. And what I discovered changed everything: a career doesn’t truly transform until the person leading it feels calm, confident and clear. When I worked on my inner world, my outer world — my career, my relationships, my peace — finally grew with ease.

Today, as an ICF Certified Career & Emotional Wellness Coach, I’ve walked this journey with 1,000+ professionals — helping them release stress, rebuild confidence and grow careers they don’t need to recover from.
